Make a warranty claim

FYR warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months, starting from the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt.

  • If our technical team confirms a manufacturing defect, you will receive a free replacement of your FYR product.
  • This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.
  • Examples of damage include: exposure to liquids, dropping the device, or other physical harm. For cartridges, damage can also result from prolonged sunlight exposure, changes in air pressure (such as during air travel), or improper use.
  • Even if you suspect you’ve accidentally damaged your product, please contact us! We’re happy to assess the situation and explore available options.
